Strategic Pillars

2025-2028 Strategic Plan

The 2025-2028 strategic plan is the School’s newly revised road map. It is designed to guarantee the functional implementation of Luiss Business School’s Mission, Vision, and Values across every aspect of the organisation. The revision of the Strategic Plan was carried out to serve the needs of the evolved governance structure of Luiss Business School. To design a functional action plan, the School relied on extensive benchmarking analyses with a focus on internationalisation faculty development, and overall market positioning. The newly revised strategic pillars, which make Luiss Business School value proposition unique, are the following:

Reviewing the programme portfolio to align with the emerging needs of an ever-evolving context, leveraging the characteristics of the Boundless, Intimate, and Transformative educational model.

Expansion of the Core Faculty, strengthening the sense of belonging and enhancing key competencies to enrich the Luiss Business School Experience for the permanent Faculty.
